The Peloton offers four residential options to buyers: Loft+, and 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom floorplans. All of our homes offer ample bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, walk-in closets, and in many cases, extra amenities like fireplaces and storage closets. Every configuration includes a patio or balcony, so you can step outside to have a relaxing drink, read the morning paper, or just enjoy Boulder’s fresh mountain air.
