We designed The Peloton from the ground up with you in mind. Here’s why that matters.

Before anything was built, our designers spent considerable time thinking about what life would be like at The Peloton. Day to day, day in and day out, what could we design to make life pleasant, easy and convenient for our homeowners.  We thought about the features and amenities that would make your life and experience living at The Peloton as carefree and comfortable as possible.

To that end, we used design and construction techniques to limit sound between homes and coming in from hallways, thereby ensuring more privacy and quiet spaces. We vented microwaves directly to the exterior so cooking odors don’t re-circulate in your home. We included chutes on every floor for trash and recyclable materials so that they are separated before they are picked up by the trash removal service. We provide energy efficient appliances in each home and also wired each home with Cat5 cabling. We even heated and cooled the lounge areas to maximize the time you can enjoy The Peloton’s amenities.

And those are just a few examples. The bottom line is that we believe that these “little things” that you may not see combine to make a big difference in the daily quality of life for those living at The Peloton. At that’s another reason why buying at The Peloton makes it the Smartest Buy in Boulder.
